Gas piston units (GPU) are a different class of equipment: they are better suited for distributed generation, phased power increase, and frequent start/stop operation, which is why we take a separate approach to the project.
We supply imported gas piston power plants and select the configuration for your gas, load modes, redundancy requirements, and site conditions.
At the start, we conduct a technical and economic comparison of options and determine the parameters of the future plant.
We work out gas preparation and fuel quality (pressure, purification, drying) separately, because this is a critical factor for the resource and stability of gas piston power plants.
We design and agree on the layout: container/block-modular design, requirements for ventilation, noise, exhaust, cooling and fire safety systems.
During the installation phase, we check the correct installation of units, pipelines, lubrication and cooling systems, as well as the quality of electrical installation and grounding.
During commissioning, we perform automation settings, synchronization with the network, protection checks, and switchover scenario testing.
Based on the results of commissioning, we transfer the as-built documentation and maintenance regulations and train the operating personnel. If necessary, we organize service support, spare parts supply, maintenance planning, and remote monitoring to reduce downtime and ownership costs.
The company can supply customers with Russian and imported diesel generator sets (DGS) and provide full project support.
We select equipment according to the required power, reliability class, and operating mode—backup, main, or combined.
At the start, we clarify the site conditions and integration requirements: automatic transfer switch, parallel operation, load stages, power quality, and acceptable time to reach operating mode.
We develop the optimal configuration (open frame, enclosure, container) taking into account the climate, noise level, and placement requirements.
We develop a fuel management, ventilation, exhaust, and cooling system to ensure stable operation and compliance with safety standards. We organize logistics, procurement, and delivery of spare parts and consumables, including consumables and critical components.
During the installation phase, we provide technical supervision, control the quality of electrical installation, grounding, cable routing, and the correct connection of automatic transfer switches and switchboards.
During commissioning, we configure automation and protection systems, check start-up, warm-up, load acceptance, and operation in emergency scenarios. We conduct load tests (including with a load bench, if necessary) and confirm the parameters of power, frequency/voltage stability, and fuel consumption. Upon completion of commissioning, we transfer the as-built documentation and maintenance regulations and, if necessary, provide staff training and service support.
